
Amber Kiggens-Leifheit
Amber Kiggens-Leifheit joined the Education Foundation on Jan. 6, 2020.
Prior to joining the Education Foundation, Amber served as executive director of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation for 11 years. She was responsible for all areas of the Foundation, including gifts, grants, scholarships, public relations, donor relations, accounting oversight and office management. During her tenure, she grew the Foundation’s assets from $2.8 to $16.2 million.
Amber also served on the Marshfield district’s school board for nine years, including in the roles of vice president and treasurer. In addition, she has served in leadership positions and volunteered in long-term with multiple nonprofits, including the Marshfield Community Athletics Leadership Team and the Marshfield Area United Way. She earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

is a Principal with SVA Wealth Management, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services for clients since 1998. He is a proud member of the Middleton High School alumni class of 1990.

CO-Chair
MELISSA SIMON
works at UW-Madison in the Office of Business Engagement (OBE), helping build beneficial relationships between companies and the university. Both Middleton High School graduates, Melissa and her husband currently reside in Middleton with their three girls, all of whom attend MCPASD schools.

VICE CHAIR
KATHRYN MCLEOD
is focused on helping employers in offering health insurance to their employees. Kathryn has lived in Middleton since 2013 with her husband Doug, their Kromrey Cougar son, and three step-sons who are all Middleton graduates.

Secretary
CHRIS ASHLEY
and his wife Annette are proud parents of three Northside-Kromrey-MHS graduates. A UW Law School grad, he is General Counsel of the Research Foundation for the State University of New York and has spent most of his career in support of public higher education.

Treasurer
MARCI CONCOTELLI
is Senior Business Analyst with the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB). She has a Masters in Education from Pepperdine University and holds a teaching credential. She and her husband, Steve (both UW Alums) have two children, one in Kromrey and a one-year old future Elm Lawn student.

Dana Monogue
is the Superintendent of the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. She began serving the District in 2019 and has worked in Wisconsin public schools for over 25 years. She is also the parent of a Middleton High School student.

JEFF NOSANOV
has worked for NASA, Amazon, and has started several companies. He has been leading government proposal efforts since 2012. He lives in Middleton with his wife and kids, who attend MCPASD schools.

Linda Passaglia
is an audit partner with RSM US LLP, a CPA firm in Madison. She and her husband, Mark, moved into the MCPASD area
from Chicagoland five years ago. They have two sons attending district schools.

Debra pickett
is the founder and principal consultant at Page 2 Communications, a boutique PR agency serving large law firms. She and her husband are the proud parents of three sons who attend MCPASD schools.

Simrnjit Seerha
is a member of the Middleton Cross Plains Area School District School Board. She works as a manager at Just In Time Machine Corporation and is also the founder of Baavo Wellness, a health and beauty company. Simrnjit is a lifelong resident of Middleton.

Jeff scherer
is the Principal and founder of Trinity Financial Planning, LLC – a local fee-only financial
planning firm. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds a degree from the University of
Wisconsin – LaCrosse. John resides in Middleton with his wife and two young sons who
attend MCPASD schools.

Simrnjit Seerha
